Two marathons within 6 weeks of each other

I must really be a glutton for punishment.  In a moment of craziness, I committed to running the Marine Corps Marathon on October 27 and the California International Marathon on December 8th.  So what does that mean?  Either I'm freaking crazy or I need to get off my ass and start running more.  So I wrote out a plan on paper this time, for the MCM and the CIM.

Yesterday was Elliptical, due to rain, but today was great.
